The kids adored their unique room with bunk beds, adding a playful element to our stay. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the charming bird-themed decor throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered. At €16 per adult, our family of five felt the pinch, especially with the limited selection available early in the morning.

Outrageous! The room smelled and the showers had zero water pressure, absolutely shocking for a hotel! I was expecting a complimentary gift for my inconvenience, but I guess that’s not their style. I almost gave a good review, but the rude staff ruined it. I can’t believe I wasted two nights here.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely children's play area. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped me with plug adaptors. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Conveniently positioned for reaches to Disneyland, the outdoor seating area provided a relaxed vibe to unwind in. The children's play area featured fun machines that kept kids entertained, making it a perfect stop for families.

Though marketed with a pool, only a jacuzzi served as the aquatic attraction, and it wasn't available during my visit. The breakfast spread left much to be desired, with limited options and poor replenishment—cold beans and pastries felt half-hearted. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, adding to the discomfort.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Classic Double Room. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The bathroom was spacious and new. It was only 10 minutes to Disneyland. I enjoyed my visit very much! 😊

The morning staff were incredibly attentive at breakfast, and the kids especially enjoyed the pancakes. Wi-Fi could have been faster, and there were occasional delays in breakfast replenishment that hindered the flow of the meal service.
